The Great Place To Work® For All Summit™ is where leaders come together to accelerate business performance through culture. Over two days, you’ll gain proven strategies from peers and industry trailblazers, build a network of growth-minded leaders, and leave equipped to lead with clarity, confidence, and measurable impact.

No. The For All Summit London is open to all organisations. Whether you’re already Great Place To Work® Certified™, exploring Certification, or just starting your culture journey, the Summit offers a valuable opportunity to learn, connect, and be inspired.

What kind of topics will be covered?

The Great Place to Work® For All™ Summit highlights how companies across industries create great workplaces for all – unlocking business performance in the process. Leaders share real-world examples of using their Trust Index™ employee survey insights to make data-driven decisions that improve productivity, agility, and innovation.

What kind of sessions will there be?

The Summit features a mix of mainstage sessions with industry leaders sharing how they drive culture and performance, alongside two focused breakout stages that explore people strategies and practical tools for growth in greater depth. All areas are available on a first come, first seated basis.

Tickets

When will I receive my ticket confirmation?

You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after registering, with further event information shared closer to the Summit.

Is there a deadline to register?

Registration will remain open until capacity is reached. We recommend securing your place early as tickets are limited.

Can I buy a ticket for just one session?

At this time, only day tickets can be purchased. 

Is there a virtual option if I can’t attend in person?

At this time, Summit London remains a fully in-person conference. 

Can I purchase tickets for my team?

Yes. Group bookings are available and can be purchased in a single transaction. For larger groups over 10 people, please contact us for support.

How do I update attendee details after registering?

You can update attendee information via your Eventbrite booking or by contacting the Summit team in writing before the event here

Can I send a substitute in my place?

You may send a substitute in your place up to at least 48 hours before the event. All such requests must be submitted to the Great Place To Work® For All Summit™ Team here. Only requests made by the original registrant will be honoured. 

 


Can I bring a guest to the Summit and networking events?

All attendees at the Summit and networking events must be registered attendees who purchased tickets for the event.

What is the refund policy?

If you must cancel your registration for the Summit on November 11, 2026, you will receive a refund less a 20% handling fee per registration, provided written notice of cancellation is received by September 25, 2026. From September 26, 2026 through October 30, 2026, 50% of the paid ticket price will be refunded. No refunds will be granted after October 30, 2026. However, a substitute attendee may attend in place of the registered participant, provided written notice of the transfer to a named individual is received at least 48 hours before the event.

All requests for cancellations, substitutions, or refunds must be submitted in writing via the designated form. Attendance may be denied if full payment is not received by October 30, 2026.

No refunds or credits will be issued for failure to attend the Summit, late arrival, early departure, or partial attendance.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days of approval. Any handling, processing, or third-party fees are non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that Great Place To Work needs to cancel the Summit, all paid registration fees will be fully refunded. Great Place To Work’s liability is limited to the return of these fees.

Great Place To Work is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellation of the Summit resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including weather-related disruption, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruption, public health emergencies, or venue unavailability. In such circumstances, Great Place To Work may reschedule the Summit or make reasonable alternative arrangements. If the Summit cannot proceed, any refund or credit offered will be determined at Great Place To Work’s discretion.

What is the dress code?

Business casual.  

Will meals be provided?

Breakfast, lunch, and morning refreshments will be provided. If you have food allergies or dietary requirements, please specify them when completing your registration form or submit your request here.

Can I take my own video or photos of the Summit?

Attendees are welcome to take videos to capture moments and insights you feel will be most valuable to share. However, we ask that you please refrain from any filming that may cause distraction to speakers and fellow attendees.   
 
There are no restrictions on photo taking, except to act with courtesy and appropriate timing.

Will I receive event updates?

Yes. Great Place To Work® For All Summit™ will send emails periodically to update you on the agenda, event happenings, and logistics.
