Refund Policy
We hope you don't need to cancel your ticket but in case you do ↓
If you must cancel your registration for the Summit on November 11, 2026, you will receive a refund less a 20% handling fee per registration, provided written notice of cancellation is received by September 25, 2026. From September 26, 2026 through October 30, 2026, 50% of the paid ticket price will be refunded. No refunds will be granted after October 30, 2026. However, a substitute attendee may attend in place of the registered participant, provided written notice of the transfer to a named individual is received at least 48 hours before the event.
All requests for cancellations, substitutions, or refunds must be submitted in writing via the designated form. Attendance may be denied if full payment is not received by October 30, 2026.
No refunds or credits will be issued for failure to attend the Summit, late arrival, early departure, or partial attendance.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days of approval. Any handling, processing, or third-party fees are non-refundable.
In the unlikely event that Great Place To Work needs to cancel the Summit, all paid registration fees will be fully refunded. Great Place To Work’s liability is limited to the return of these fees.
Great Place To Work is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellation of the Summit resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including weather-related disruption, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruption, public health emergencies, or venue unavailability. In such circumstances, Great Place To Work may reschedule the Summit or make reasonable alternative arrangements. If the Summit cannot proceed, any refund or credit offered will be determined at Great Place To Work’s discretion.
